Hello everyone. I hope you all have had a good start to your week.
Today, I needed some TLC. That TLC was for my feet. They just needed some little pampering for sandal season that has started. I am dealing with a tender sciatic issue so doing my feet and toes hasn't been easy right now. I do not get pedicures all the time, but when I do I enjoy them.
It was a nice treat. I am curious if you like pedicures or manicures. Or do you enjoy anything similar for a little pampering?? Maybe you look a special coffee, a face mask, or doing a craft or a massage. What is your top favorite way you like to get some TLC?
With Love,
Chrissy T

Crafting is definitely my zen time!
I have never been to a spa. Pampering for me would just be relaxing at home. LOL Janice
I like the way my feet look after a pedicure, but I'm ticklish so going through the process is not relaxing for me!
I am curious about the orange slices on your legs...what is that supposed to do? To be honest, I've never had a professional manicure or pedicure. I wish I had, especially a pedicure, because now I am dealing with a bad toenail fungus, and I think if I could've had pedicures maybe that wouldn't have happened. There are so many conflicting kinds of "cures"and it's hard to know what is really best. I don't wear sandals much anyway, but maybe if I did this wouldn't have happened. I wear socks and Skechers all the time. Anyway, pampering myself??? Mmmm, I'm having a cup of Darjeeling tea right now with a spice (Windmill) cookie. I put the cup of tea on a pretty "Royal Albert's Old Country Roses" china saucer, but I'm using one of my pretty Dollar tree tea mugs that says ""Live Life in Full Bloom" on it. I call this my little afternoon tea party, and it's just a way to relax and enjoy sitting here reading posts from my favorite people! It's like having a tea party with you! Oh, and I put a slice of lemon in my tea. That makes it extra "fancy". LOL. It's actually raining outside, PTL! Otherwise, I might take my tea and cookie and go sit in the "Secret memorial garden" on the garden bench and watch the birds and let Blackie the kitty sit with me. Those are sweet moments. I enjoyed your post, as always! Have a blessed and wonderful rest of your week.
Love that you did that for yourself my Friend! I think pampering is a wonderful way of taking care of ourselves. I love a spa pedi a few times a year. I do my own nails usually - but I actually made an appointment to get a gel mani before I go on a trip in the near future! We'll see how it goes. Blessings to you and hope you feel better. xoxo
I love pedicures and I do not get them often, but I will soon. I usually take my grand for one too. I do not like manicures I am to busy with my hands so they never last.

I'm glad you gave yourself some TLC when you needed it. Taking extra time to just sit and read without interruption brings me great joy.
You may find this hard to believe but I have never had a professional manicure or a pedicure!! I've always done them myself.
So glad you treated yourself Chrissy! Sorry about your foot pain... hope that helped!
Oh, I bet. And you are awesome at it.
Hey that is pampering also!!
I can relate! LOL
I think the oranges was for aesthetic. But I am not really sure. LOL! It smelled good. HAHA!!
That sounds like a wonderful way to have some pamper time.
Oh, hope it goes well!!!
Yeah, I don't often do manicures bc I ruin them quickly. Only if I have a special event or something I may.
I love that. Yes!
There is nothing wrong with that. I do them a lot on my own because I find it expensive. I would have this time but my sciatic nerve is giving me problems. I am so glad I did.
Thank you!!! It did.
I hope your foot pain has eased, Chrissy. I am very happy 😊 you did that.
