Hello everyone! Day 2 of the July Photo Challenge that I found on Pinterest is FLOWER!
I will say that I cannot just do ONE FLOWER!!! I mean HOW COULD I?!
I ate my breakfast (well....brunch) outside. I did eggs and a bagel again. It seems to just do my stomach well for now. I strolled over to my roses to capture their glory!
Here is the photo challenge list if you would like to join along on your own blog!
Now.... what is going on here? A little of this and that. I am really still limited with activity so it has been a lot of reading, coloring, blogging, resting, watching a little of this and that. Oh, I have also been doing my crossword puzzle book and sticker book fun.
This week I worked on our seasonal newsletter for our ladies at our church. The theme is on Freedom, Fullness and Fruitfulness. It was a fun one to create, write and stuff the envelopes. I had to work on this a little at a time every single day for energy sake. I did get them all mailed yesterday. I always put a little surprise in the envelopes. Winter/Spring I added a sticker verse and for Summer I did a neat tea bag bookmark with flowers embroidered on them.

Well, my goodness...I read about the photo challenge yesterday. I decided I would give it a go. And then I forgot. Already. How sad. But, I have printed it off and will keep on trying. How can I capture oppressive heat and not a breath of air for photo number one?? Kudos for making the most of your "restricted activity" time!!
Beautiful photos, Chrissy. And what a lovely gift ๐ from your friend ๐งก
i am intrigued by the photo challenge!! i have been mixing one egg, and one tablespoon of mayo with a "frother" in a shallow custard like dish. i add a small amount of butter and top it with everything bagel seasonings and microwave it for 40 - 50 seconds. soooo good, you can google it, it makes like a simple omelet that you could add anything to it. beautiful flowers!!
Oh my, I love a shoot challenge...lol
Love all the flower pics! So beautiful!! I could look at flowers for hours ๐ธ :) And what a sweet gift! I adore Anne of GG too! I knew we were kindred spirits ๐ What a lovely idea for the little gifts you included with your newsletter. The coloring cards are so cool! I hope you continue to heal a little more everyday and keep feeling more like yourself. Blessings to you and your family for the holiday weekend ahead. ๐❤️๐๐ป
Pretty flowers. I'm sure everyone will appreciate those thank you cards. So many people don't do that anymore!
What beautiful flowers.
The newsletter sounds wonderful. Good job on getting it send out, the envelopes are so pretty. What a thoughtful gift from your friend.
Hah! I do that stuff like that at times. I will see something and want to do it and forget about it instantly! LOL!

Thank you sweet friend. You too!
Thank you on the flowers. Yes, I know. I hope they don't think it is silly but either way they are getting one. LOL!
Thank you, Kim!
Your roses are stunning! Would you believe I can't grow roses? I just don't have enough sun. That Anne of Green Gables is such a nice gift!
What a lovely gift someone gave you with the Anne of Green Gables bag! And the cookbook as well! And I love it that you found Thank You cards that you can add a personal touch to with the coloring. You are giving back to those who have so generously given to you. xx
