Hello everyone! It was slow start, Monday. I had great intentions but woke up not feeling well. I think my weekend wore me out after fighting a two-week cold. I still have some lingering of it to be honest. So, I read, rested, and did laundry! But tomorrow THINGS MUST MOVE FORWARD. Lord, willing.
While enjoying my weird sandwich (banana) which is one of my favorite lunches I looked out of my window to notice how beautiful our Bradford Pear Tree is blooming.
Our view over our front door. It is so lovely! I wish the pictures could do it justice. I grabbed my camera and headed out....
Some do not like the Bradford Pear Tree, but I love them.
Here is a snapshot of my Banana Sandwich. Our boys think it is gross, but my daughter and hubby love them as I do.
A little small amount of mayo, fresh bread and a banana. YUMMO!!!

I dont have a weird sandwich I eat, but my dad use to butter two slices of bread and cut up a Spanish onion and eat an onion sandwich. Not my thing though. Janice

I hope you are feeling better now. I like a banana sandwich, I had one for my lunch yesterday actually. I skip the mayo but sprinkle a bit of sugar on. Your tree is beautiful.

the bradford pear is one of my favorite spring blooming trees. i also love the tulip magnolia which has beautiful flowers but off season, the shape of the tree itself, is not pretty!! the bradford pear has a nice, even shape year round. on ANY sandwich, the bread HAS to be fresh, where your fingers sink into it and the mayo gets on your fingers. if not, toast it!! so here is my "weird" food and it is really weird. ritz cracker, mayo and frizzled onions (made for salad) on top. it is my go to snack and i am ashamed to admit it...don't tell anyone!!
Have you tried putting peanut butter on that sandwich with your banana, but no mayonnaise? I grew up on those. It's also good on toast. I also like peanut butter and apple butter on toast or on bread. Basically, I like peanut butter on just about anything...celery, crackers, cookies...lol. I hope you feel better really soon. I know you have a big weekend coming up. Try to rest some this week. Take care of YOU first, and the other stuff will get done when you feel better. (((HUGS))) and prayers.

Hello! I actually have before I became allergic to Peanut Butter and nuts. It was delish!!!!
So sorry to hear you are still fighting crud too my Lovely. I'm so tired of couging and I keep trying to push fluids and trudge through. The photos of the trees are glorious! I love a good peanut butter, honey and banana sandwich. I think you may lose with the mayo part. Lol I love to put dry roasted peanuts in my glass of diet soda sometime. I swear it's a thing if you look it up. Something about the extra salty in the soda - and then as I finish the drink I crunch on the peanuts. I know it sounds weird too. 😂

Bradford pear trees are so pretty, they are perfectly shaped.
