FIND WONDER...It is all AROUND!

Hello friends. Yesterday I popped out to find a little wonder on my walk! It was refreshing. I definitely found some WONDER! You really do not have to go far to find it!!!

I went to a local trail that our library has. It is in the middle of the town, but it seems like a little oasis in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. It is on my favorite little spots to take a walk when I need a quick mood boost and want a few steps in some nature.

Look at that pop of green among the dead leaves!!!! Oh.....WONDER!!!

Hello there! What WONDER!!! The geese are just enjoying life!!!!

The geese was tired of me I guess admiring them and started honking and heading away! So, I respected them and decided to move on to look for my wonder!!!

So, looking for WONDER led me to purchasing these beautiful flowers!!! Oh, how the cheered up my soul and home!

I hope you GO and FIND some WONDER TODAY! Really it is everywhere. Not just outdoors. Look in your surroundings in your home!!! We are truly blessed!!

With Love,

Chrissy T

  1. I love all the "wonder" you found on your walk!! Such beauties that God has placed in your path to behold and enjoy!! I miss our Canadian Geese. Since our pond is dry, they haven't been here this year, and it makes me sad to not hear them honking out there. I love the flowers, and the little spot of green among the dead/brown...yes, spring is on its way! One little blade of grass and leaf at a time! Thank you for the day brightener!!

  2. Dear Chrissy, you and I are of the same mind in finding wonder wherever we are! Your photos are beautiful, and how nice to see the Canada geese! They sure do get around! I see them here in Montreal, mostly in parks where there is water, such as a man made pond or river.
Thank you so much for sharing.

  4. Looks like you had a good walk today and seeing the geese. There are a lot of birds that come to our house area and we hear them often and they enjoy the food we share with them. Have a good week!!

  7. I smiled at your 'bit of green' and thought, "Oh that thorny vine that's a weed..." and then I remembered that the grandchildren this week went off in rhapsodies over the Henbit (also a weed) in their own yard this week and picked me a tiny fairy sized bouquet which is in a salt shaker on the kitchen windowsill. I think henbit is the prettiest little flower, truly I do.

It is definitely the season to be looking for the unexpected blooms. Moss is 'blooming' here which is very subtle but it's so pretty when the sunlight hits it just right.

I bought flowers for my home too this week. That's something I must have is a bit of bloom indoors, especially in winter nearing spring, which can be a very long and tedious spell of time.

    1. Hey, green is green to me even if it is a weed among the dead things. :) I love fresh flowers in our home, too.
